Whats the name of the Chinese glaze?

Does anyone know the name of that sweet red glaze that Chinese restaurants use on mainly pork? Is it "Char Siu?"
Thanx for the recipe, but I guess I need to know the name of the glaze. I bought some Char Siu, and even tho it looks and tasts alot like what I'v had in the past, it had a BBQ taste I wasn't familiar with....so are there any other glazes that I might be talking about?

Answer:

Use Lee Kum Kee char siu sauce. The glaze comes from applying honey on top of the char siu about 20 minutes before done. Just brush the honey over the meat, once or twice.
